  • Our studio is located at one of the office lots at Publika.

    Turn right at Publika’s West Gate Main Entrance. On the right of 有無茶院 (YOU WU TEA HOUSE), take the lift up to Level 3.

  • Yes. Our classes are designed to accommodate all levels. Instructors provide clear guidance and modifications, allowing beginners to move at their own pace while still being challenged.

  • Bring grip socks, a water bottle, and fitted activewear. We’ll guide you through a focused, full-body Lagree experience.

    Grip socks are required for safety, hygiene, and performance. Don’t have a pair? You can purchase them at the studio.

  • Our class schedule is available on our booking platform via Momence. We recommend booking in advance as spots are limited.

  • We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before class.

    A 5-minutes grace period is extended to returning clients only. First-time clients are required to arrive at least 10 minutes early to attend a short introduction.

    For the safety and experience of all clients, Lagree Atelier reserves the right to refuse entry for late arrivals.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to class. This policy ensures fairness and keeps classes available for all members, so everyone can enjoy the best possible studio experience.

    No-Show: RM50 fee.

    Less than 12 hours before class: RM30 fee

  • At Lagree Atelier, every session is designed to be immersive and transformative. By offering direct bookings only, we ensure each member receives personalised attention and optimal results, keeping every class focused, elevated, and refined.

  • Private sessions are available via the Appointments tab on our booking platform. Select your preferred instructor and time slot to reserve your session.

  • We recommend 2–4 classes per week for optimal results, depending on your fitness level and goals. Consistency is key to seeing progress.

  • For safety and optimal performance, the Miniformer Pro™ is designed to support up to approximately 120 kg. If you have any concerns, feel free to reach out to us directly.

  • Yes. Lagree Atelier offers official Lagree Teacher Training Certifications led by a Master Trainer. Availability is limited and announced periodically.

  • No, Lagree is not Pilates. While both methods are low-impact, Lagree is a higher-intensity, strength-based workout focused on resistance training.

    Using time under tension, Lagree builds core strength, muscular strength, and endurance. This helps strengthen the muscles around the joints, supporting better movement, stability, and long-term longevity.

  • We offer a range of class packs and monthly memberships designed to support your training consistently.

    All pricing and package details are available on our booking platform via Momence. If you’re unsure which option suits you best, our team will be happy to guide you based on your goals and routine.

  • Step-by-step Guide: New Clients

    1. Arrive early – Please arrive 10–15 minutes before class to check in, settle in, and get familiar with the space. First-time guests are required to arrive on time, as late entry is not allowed.

    2. What to wear – Fitted activewear and grip socks are required.

    3. Hydration – Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout class.

    4. What to expect – Your instructor will guide you through a short induction of the machine and the method to get you prepared for the class. 

    5. Don’t feel shy– Our instructors are here to ensure your form is safe, effective, and enjoyable.

    Lagree classes are designed for all levels. Your first session may feel challenging as your body adapts to the method, but you will be guided throughout as we learn, move, and discover how your body responds to the workout.

    First-time guests will enjoy a welcome experience and post-class refreshment, prepared after class upon request. Please ensure you arrive early to check in and settle in comfortably.
