This sustained muscular engagement drives the muscles to fatigue, targeting primarily slow-twitch muscle fibres to develop muscular endurance, core stability, and overall strength.
It emphasises a strong mind–body connection, requiring focus, control, and precision in every movement to maximise effectiveness and reduce compensation.
The method is built around the “4 S’s” — sweat, shake, safety, and soreness — reflecting the intensity of the workout while maintaining proper form and joint protection.
Lagree is joint-friendly yet highly demanding on the muscles, making it suitable for all fitness levels and supportive of long-term training and longevity.
