    Lagree Atelier was created to bring the true Lagree Method to Malaysia, honouring the original method that pioneered slow resistance training (SRT) and set the global standard for high-intensity, low-impact fitness.

    Founded and led by Malaysia’s first Lagree Master Trainer – Jolene Teh, bringing the highest level of expertise in the Lagree Method.

    Achieving the title of Lagree Master Trainer requires years of dedication, extensive training , and working closely with Sebastien Lagree, the creator of the method. This journey ensures that Lagree Atelier delivers the true Lagree experience, giving Malaysians the authentic method they deserve.

    As the home of Malaysia’s first Official Lagree Certification, our mission is to raise the level of Lagree practice and introduce more people to the power of the method.

Our Method.

Lagree is a high-intensity, low-impact workout that uses slow, controlled movements to keep your muscles working continuously. This sustained muscular engagement drives the muscles to fatigue, targeting primarily slow-twitch muscle fibres to develop muscular endurance, core stability, and overall strength.

It emphasises a strong mind–body connection, requiring focus, control, and precision in every movement to maximise effectiveness and reduce compensation.

The method is built around the “4 S’s” — sweat, shake, safety, and soreness — reflecting the intensity of the workout while maintaining proper form and joint protection.

Lagree is joint-friendly yet highly demanding on the muscles, making it suitable for all fitness levels and supportive of long-term training and longevity.
